Project development: Door Handle Streilizer
Welcome back everyone! This will be my last blog and it is focused on the project me and my group mates have been working on for the past semester! In this blog, I will be documenting the entire design process of my group's prototyping of an automatic door handle steriliser. My group consists of Devin, Yuhan, Ji Hinn, and myself. We have been working on this project since Week 5, and we are proud to announce that it is now complete! The purpose/significance of our product Door handles are a significant culprit in the spreading of viruses and bacteria. This is because everyone must touch them to open the door, and they rarely get cleaned since they do not look dirty to the naked eye. Also, most door handles are made of stainless steel, which is a perfect material for bacteria to cultivate on.
